What containers are available?
LCS operate a rental fleet of various size containers which offer instant secure storage to satisfy either short or longer term requirements. Containers are also available for self storage at Branston at competitive rates

  • 20' x 8' (6m x 2.44m)
  • 40' x 8' (12.20m x 2.44m)


The 20ft size are also available as a Site Office or as an Insulated Store. There are limited numbers of 40ft High Cube containers available which offer extra headroom.

Delivery?
  • All containers can be delivered to and off loaded at your premises, subject to adequate space and good access for our vehicle. Check the container dimensions you are interested in on the CONTAINERS page How much do they cost?
  • Daily charges start from £1.35 + VAT excluding transport costs (see below for all our hire costs)

Rates are per unit per day, based on a SEVEN DAY WEEK. Minimum rental term is THIRTY DAYS.

Rates for special types available on request.

Delivery and collection charges payable at commencement of rental term. Hire charges invoiced monthly with Direct Debit payment at end of month following invoice, subject to status. (Minimum rental term is THIRTY DAYS)

TRANSPORT COSTS NOT INCLUDED IN RENTAL RATES. ALL PRICES QUOTED EXCLUDE V.A.T.

Terms and Conditions

1. Hire charges commence on the date of the collection / delivery and cease on the date the unit(s) is / are returned to LCS. At completion of hire, 48 hours notification is required for termination of the hire agreement. Minimum hire term 30 days.

2. Hire charges are per unit, per day, based on a seven day week, do not include transport or installation / removal costs and are invoiced monthly in advance. Where transport and / or cranage is arranged by LCS the delivery and removal charge will be included on the initial invoice.

3. Payment terms: Hire invoices are due for payment in full by the 28th day of the month following issue. Should the payment terms not be adhered to, we reserve the right to apply a credit charge in respect of any amount overdue for payment of 8% per annum.

4. Hirer is responsible for the insurance of the unit(s) to the replacement value indicated from the on hire date until the termination and return of all the unit(s). All risks insurance is also to be effected whilst the unit(s) is / are in transit unless transport has been arranged by LCS.

5. Ownership of the container(s) remain at all times with LCS. No modifications, alterations or repairs of any kind including the re-decoration of the container or removal of any identification mark are to be carried out to the unit(s) other than with the express permission of LCS. Hirer is responsible for ensuring that the unit(s) is/are returned in a clean condition. The costs of repair of any damage due to misuse, neglect or unauthorised modification will be chargable to the hirer. In the event of the unit(s) being returned in a damaged condition, LCS reserve the right to continue the hire charge until such time as the hirer has agreed responsibility for the cost of any repairs required.

6. The Hirer shall not without the Owners written consent change the location of the container and shall permit access to the Owners to the location to re-take possession of the container if the Hirer is in default of it's obligations under this Agreement.
